i think i would demand my money back from dell and tell them to come get their computer and then go buy a nondell which will be easier to find a repair person for it...good luck

Well you are making progress slowly Marisse I have had phones that crackle and buzz. I would not waste time on those sites that try to explain how to fix problems. A far better way if you wish to do it yourself is to type in your problem and you will receive scores of replies especially if you can quote the error code. Another thing folk with slow machines tend to get impatient and press again before the first problem can be solved, which is deadly as the poor machine has to struggle with two queries. Get the delivery man to carry the TV upstairs even if you have to bribe him with a dollar or two. Try someone else's phone for clarity, you might be in a bad spot.
