If I had had those thoughts, sentiments and warnings drilled into me when I was a teenager, I would not have had to go through what I went through, as I relayed in my book "The Hindering." It never hurts to be too careful!

Your advice is what we all believe to be true. However, the acquaintances of the parents of the school shooter say without exception that is how this boy was raised. It appears to me that life is a bit more complex than mere humans have all the answers for and it is particularly more complex if you are looking at your own children and their needs.
