yes it being part time for them and temporary doesn't help...but then again if we are lucky we get moms who are good with kids who don't want to work full time or perm....

It does make one wonder why no one seems to have any commitment, perhaps if it was regular employment, who knows? Please do not think about Easter yet, we have got to trudge through snow and feel queasy from chomping through those leftovers first .
