I feel the same way about my mother. I live in New Jersey and she lives in Texas, so we may only see each other once or twice a year. I'm very happy when she's here ( or I'm there ) but saddened when we have to part. Glad you got your camera figured out!

I understand being sad after such a great daughter visit and I share your
concerns for her health but yes. Harping would only have spoilt the trip. re the battery...is your middle name Kabu by any chance??LOL.
