After spending the whole day cooking, I usually eat very little for the meal itself, then pig out on leftovers. 5000, huh?

I am topping off my fourth turkey sandwich as I read...I think I like the left overs more than the meal.

i know that bloated feeling....we don't eat like we used to do all year and

then we blow out at a festival and Blow is the word!!...I might try your cranberry recipe, I was wondering how to cook them.

Well, you don't have to over-eat! Moderation is the key! A little of this, a little of that . . . and never throw anything away! Keeping active will help with those extra calories as well! One and two and one and two . . .
