Unfortunately, prisons are a necessary evil, regardless of which community they are built in. It would be nice if we didn't need prisons at all, but of course that's just completely unrealistic given the world we live in today! And I've heard of Walla Walla, Washington, of course, but never knew that they were known for their onions. Hmmm . . .
