Thanks for everyone's response :) You're right Annacita, I know that some people were grateful for the company on Thanksgiving. We have a lot of families that come in just to avoid the cooking, but when I see a single order on a ticket on Thanksgiving, it makes me think that finding out our restaurant was open could be the highlight of some people's day, just knowing that they won't have to be totally along on the holiday.

sorry to hear as well that you had to work on thanksgiving....i grew up in the restaurant industry and i know how ungrateful people can be....and they teach their children to be that way as well....
cheers...kick back, enjoy and forget that woman...why let one ruin your day when so many others were grateful....

Some people really have disgusting manners and I am sorry about this woman
and when you were tired and had been working non stop forever...and when the Corporate Ogres ask you why and what about this complaint....Say to them...."what, only one"!!!!!!
