apparently they think that once the officer talks to them its ok to keep getting louder and to argue with them

They have meeting rooms at ours, and no handcuffs. Everyone just seems to know where they are and quitly go about their business.

Remember when kids were taught the basics of consideration

and courtesy and observing the rules of someone else's house?  I was amazed one day while visiting my grandkids, and the oldest had a friend over--13 or 14 years old--and the visiting kid just came out in the kitchen and opened the fridge to see what was in there, just like it was his own. 

How will kids learn the 'social contract' if no one teaches them?  They won't: they will make their own.  Ever read LORD OF THE FLIES?
