one can waste as much time with on line booking or shopping as happens
when waiting in a line of people. frustration rises. I feel sorry for you my friend.

All I can say is, good luck with that! Many is the time I've lamented about having to deal with telephone menus and push-button questions & answers, when it would be so much simpler to just talk to someone! What an age we live in . . .
