I'll answer everyone here.
I said that I wasn't going anywhere. I was angry. I probably should have said that I am not going anywhere under this thing, an illegal eviction. I will go when I can find a place that I can afford, is suitable for me, etc. I am taking the time to do it the right way. One thing is certain. I AM NOT COMING BACK HERE TO HOTEL HELL.

Where do you challenge this eviction or do you wait till these guys file a
case and answer the case and let the courts decide and till then you refuse to move?
I thought such eviction is arbitrary?

Well, it was an illegal eviction. There was nothing in writing. Tom Sutton,the administrator, wasn't the one who verbally evicted me. It was the DSHS worker and the ombudsman with Tom and my thereapist present. Plus Theresa Topp and Roy Poore were the troublemakers. They weren't evicted. Nothing was said to them Period. So I am not going anywhere. Terrie
