I understand completely what you're saying, and it's difficult to look at it any other way. No one wants to throw up their hands in disgust and simply give up, but "we the people" have been pounded down for so long by our government, that it's getting increasingly difficult to get back up, brush yourself off, and forge ahead. But that's precisely what we need to do. I hope that miracle you spoke of is just around the corner, or else . . .

There was a letter in today's Baltimore Sun expressing those points. I do agree that it does help the Democratic Party in different areas in the nation.
