its called freedom of speech...perhaps if he would improve the conditions the poems' themes would change...as well as your attitude and all the other residents...shame on him!

well OK I suppose you should have checked first but it a very poignant
poem and you were using the freedom of speech to express you dismay at your living conditions. I'll stick with you dear even if others get bright red in the face.
