Re: majroj
I'm always surprised when you decide to give us a visit. I thought you might have given us a little post, but I found nothing new. Hope you are healthy and wealthy.

Haha! Love this! I often have to ask the older rug rats what the youngest one means when he jabbers away, and this on a daily basis!
As for the terms even my 7 year old uses, Mémère has to be educated on those too, which he does quite patiently for a young 'un. Bali is 5, and like Megan, gets upset when I don't understand what he is telling me. It's so great that you get together every week like this!

My wife and I have no children ( or grandchildren, obviously ) but I have grown up with 15 nieces and nephews, and can understand those occassions when the overlapping banter from several different "young" sources can be overwhelming . . . and confusing. One at a time, little ones, one at a time!

It's so nice to have calls from the family members even if you can't hear most part of the conversations especially when it's on loud speaker. I love the picture so much!

It all happens too quickly Taps like those characters in cartoons, I expect the kiddies think Gran knows a lot she agrees with what we say.

Been the translator, been the grandma pretending to understand
what the toddler says... Maybe you need a speaker-phone code to the parents, so you can say, "Oh my, really?" to the kidlet, and add the magic words to request translation without hurting the little one's feelings.
