I suppose I would be better off selling and paying rent as I look at my unruly patch, but then what would I do all day, sit in a coffee shop, or look in shop windows, I am sure it would become boring going on world cruises after a while.Happy day Taps

I'm planning to sell this house and get into a rent situation
by midsummer next year. There will be some staging to do to get it ready for buyers to see themselves here -- personal items and photos will be tucked away in storage, paint touched up, a bit of curb appeal. I really enjoyed your rent day, Ms. Taps, it felt downright neighborly.

My Dad goes and pays his rent in person as well. I try to do things in person as well...Halloween goodies, I see.

Maybe the most pleasant rent-paying experience possible, LOL, though even cookies and roses wouldn't do it for me. That's why I started paying mortgages as soon as I could afford it...

YIt makes one want to have money to pay the rent for those goodies alone love. Now don’t get me wrong. Just because I’d take the cookies with low sugar doesn’t mean I’d go to a soup kitchen myself.
