Hope you are fine and prayers for you and the East Coast go out. So terrible for those close to the coast. You made a good choice not to live directly on the coast!

Well no use having a cellar to shelter in for obvious reasons, perhaps you will be shielded by the terrain, but it is quite frightening and if this is going to be a regular occurrence due to Global warming it might pay to remove trees in the vicinity or at least combine them into a defense.

We are praying for all of you. One of the unusual things I noticed is there are no windows borded up. God bless the two of you.

I wish you and yours and all of N.J. good luck and all the best! Even here, just East of Toronto, we're already getting some pretty high winds, and my deck and backyard have been cleared as well. Beyond that I haven't made any special preparations...

Winds are stepping up, water is coming down the drive into the garage... but we don't have as much to worry about as many.
