I think this site would collapse if Wiley and you retired

I used to get a few of those letters CC, but since I retired they seem to come by the boat load, and you are right, with a nice card at Christmas they just might do better.

There seems to be no end for the requests of money. We do contribute every month plus when odd things are needed-like food for somebody and we dig a bit deeper. Enjoyed 'The Haymakers' poem old chap.

There's just something about Ms Wolfy Dunn that I especially like.
I'm always very interested when you write about her.

Oh such a cute poem. I loved it. Yes I agree about letters two or three a week is a too costly process to use while asking for funds.

Re: Pat I always leave a patch of nettles,
Pat I always leave a patch of nettles, but this year is has been so wet that the darned things have outgrown the grass and I have been over stung. The grapes have not ripened but the vines have grown like crazy a long green hedge, I wish I had planted desert ones but the original plan was to make wine. You would not find hay bales so accommodating .

I never took a roll in the hay - not the literal hay,
but I know about stinging nettles.
