I wish fall could last longer. The first picture does it a lot more for me! Now it may be time to read more, in my case. Embracing change is something I need to get better with all my adult life.

Thanks
First of all, let me say, i hope your son in NY is okay and he weathered the storm fine. Being in california I can't imagine going thru something like that.
Now, for your post, I truly needed to hear your message right now and it reminds me that God truly does give us what we need when we need it. You were surely sent to my page and I to yours for a reason. Thank you.

Re: Justi
No, she went home on Saturday. She lives just north of Baltimore and during the storm one of her sons is with her. Her other son opted to remain in NY where he lives and is holed up in his apartment working from home. So far he has power to work. I noticed that he is posting on FB. I emailed him last night about midnight and he was fine at the time though a bit horrified by what was going on around him. Sis's main prob is her concern for NY son.

Is your Baltimore sister staying in KC until all the horror in the North East is passed?

I too noticed how quickly things changed, especially this year - but I haven't documented it as beautifully as you have here...

Yeah, like I've stated in the past, it seems as though we don't get much of a Spring or Fall anymore. The weather seems to go from one extreme to the other, and quickly too! Too bad. That first shot was beautiful!
