Walking can be good for meditation; the landscape is usually inspiring becasue it is outdoors. Interesting.

In 2004, before I'd ever heard of "The Way" and the pilgrimage, we did Hondarribia, San Sebastian and stayed several nights atop Monte Igueldo, Pamplona, and hiked in the mountain area of Moncayo to Valdelavilla. It was all wonderful. I'll never forget it.

Dream quests, pilgrimage... I think all cultures have some form of this
soul-seeking, soul-renewing event. As you progress through, you shed what isn't You, and find what's been obscured by it all.

Well I am glad you can find the way so easily A. I have long since given up responding to my space friend, but I expect it will try and get in touch now I said this. When is your hubby due to come over?
