When have you had a good check up? Is your thyroid working as it should? If getting tired as you say means more than usual, for longer time than you were and more frequently than usual then perhaps you need a check up. Take care. I can see you are happier than when you were in Cal.

I think variety is the way to go. And more fruits and vegetables, and less red meat can't hurt either!

well yes me too I get a day of the munchies. Trouble for me is I am happy. I always eat more when I am happy!!

we eat lean Cuisine's quite often. Microwaved and we have melba toast

with them. We eat fruit every day and if we haven't had much meat we make sure that we eat an egg and a tomatoe for protein. balance and small amounts that's the best and four small meals a day is better than like me, just two. I am not a good girl at eating on my own. You are doing much better than what I would do.

Have you discovered the microwave rice packets?  That and a can of black beans just about does the trick for me at lunch ti,e.  Rice 2.29, beans .89.  Also the rice can be topped with any of your favorite soups.  Also, they have different flavored rice and long grain brown rice.  This is a new discovery for me and a cheap way to eat right for one person.
