In a word, yes. But it's uncertain whether these male infants would grow up and have the ability to father children... In any case there'll be a 15 year gap during which very few births will occur. After that the babies created in vitro from the supply already in sperm banks will reach puberty...

I agree with with teach a good story.
I did read your previous story through again and I think it could have been bulked out incidents etc interspersed between dialogue. Young people could probably follow it, but we oldies might have a job to wrap our minds around the characters so quickly. I know it is all a lot of effort, and I hate doing this, it is only my opinion after all and what do I know.
