Just get her to Montreal for her abortion, she won't have a problem there.

this is a superb book in the making for it is full of controversy so that
one has to read and make up their own mind. And how one changes. Years ago i would have been marching with banners for her rights to do with her body as she wishes....still what i believe. But as a Granny, I want this baby. LOL

Pat
This is very well written, and the more I think about it, the more it grabs my interest. As I see it, what you’ve got here is a real tragedy. Without going into too much detail, in a real tragedy it is ultimately impossible to lay blame for what happens on any of the protagonists. (e.g. in Oedipus Rex, where the events in the play were ‘caused’ by the actions of others, even Jocasta’s attempt to do away with her baby, who became Oedipus.)
Which is why I am not thinking of the males here merely as insensitive, brutish and domineering chauvinists, but as men who are at least also genuinely concerned with the continuation of the human race, misplaced as that hope may be. And they weren’t responsible for the ‘Oops’, if anyone was. (For if it is possible for things to go wrong, they will go wrong.)
Now, Evelyn hasn’t been told, so her reaction is understandable as well. For her indeed these guys are just ‘male chauvinist pigs’…
I’m really curious how this develops…

Well it is dramatic Pat, I hate the men , I know all the women will be calling for her to have choice, Good God if I were a woman in these circumstances, I would not have got twenty feet near to a man. However being as they are so irresistible we cannot blame poor
Evelyn. So she may have second thoughts well it is her privilege, but is the writer sure she can handle it. Please be gentle with us.
