some of that gain is muscle....with the exercise yougain tight muscle
which you want. so losing and gaining a little is actually good.

I guess I've been more fortunate than others. Being married to a vegetarian, I've lost 40 lbs. in the past ten years, and have not gained back an ounce of it. Keep going. You must remain determined!
