Glad to see the dragon is no longer draggin'...
And the ice can form on the surface quicker than you think - you're right to empty the barrels. Keep going with the poetry.

CC,
Of course I knew you were joking. This poem is excellent. You make wonderful use of imagery and figurative language.

Re:
Jay if you had written the poem. It would have been OK. I was being a bit mean. It was the parable I just could not hack it.

It seems they always do...Leave a pain in your heart. I was going to post something earlier today and it just disappeared too. I should know better than to write it all on blogit instead of cut and past. I just want all to know that I wasn't upset, I just thought that no one knew that the thing was not about the lamb, the lamb was the metaphor, or the parable. Perhaps you were right in your comment. If the metaphor, or parable was so hidden as no one could see it, then it should be scrubbed.

Re:
Hi Marisse I don't like taking much of anything but sometimes it is necessary. yes it rained nearly every day after I spent a lot of money on tubs and pumps etc. I don't want the frost to punture the tubs or I shall have to pay the council to dispose of them.

You could get your kids to buy you a Dragon adnohr for when you start writing in case your fingers get stiff.

I can imagine how frustrating it could be with the dragon throwing cold water on your creativity - computers can do that - comletely interrupts the flow of thought! GRRR! This is a nice poem - but the writer seems to be on the losing end.

I have had to stop taking some RX pills myself when they were bad news. I did get better. On the other hand, it really harmed me to quit taking my own RX, kidney stone supplements for another one. I suppose trial and error works best in these matters. I liked the poem very well, nice sentiments! I could almost visualize some of it.
Shame about the rainwater.

be careful stopping the medication and does your Dr. know that you are
doing that? It can be dangerous to stop without telling your physician. Cooking up a feast in the kitchen, I feel like my Mother today. and don't cry, life is too short for tears.
