you are a star to me and I am definitely a fan in your club. and get that
revised book out there. and sometimes when what i have written confuses a couple of people, I feel great and when someone sees something in my painting different to what I set out to paint that thrills me to. I love the variety that folks are. some need structure, others see another dimension.

Lot of thinking went into that, interesting, I've kind of lost the ability to write stuff, but the humor keeps senility at bay I think.

Pat, I frequently wonder what the real stars think about as they age. I'd rather have spent my life helping others (in large groups) than writing fantasies or playing major roles. I'm content now to piddle.

If that is what you want, do it Pat, just remember it has got to sell in the market. When I was young I wrote a slim book of poetry, but I was too shy to try to market it in those days . I really hated it after I received 12 copies I believe. I know my mother showed it to one or two girls at the time, but she did not tell me. So it is all in the mind, goodness a woman who has been through what you have should not hesitate. I would like to hear of anyone who has done well from this exercise, it would be nice to hear of a success. Perhaps you could suss one or two out. You are not a failure, quite a toughly, but that is no wonder, it is easy to be soft and gentle if one has been treated with love throughout one's life. I suppose a few have.

Absolutely! That's what I did. I had a particularly disturbing story about my past that I grew tired of telling and retelling over and over and over. Finally, I wrote my first book "The Hindering," and now, when someone asks me about this particular story, I just hand them a business card and say "Here, read this. It will answer all of your questions!" Thus my writing career began . . .
