Sometimes I just wish that I could completely get rid of my phone(s) and just use email for communication. I just hate it when I cannot understand what the person on the line is saying. It is so aggravating.

You can speak to an American if you just request it! They will try to put you off but tell them you know it is the law and they must redirect your call immediately to the States! sam

yes me too...my whole department's job flow was sent to india...they teamed with a company in california...the people in california didn't know english and they sent someone from our company to train them who didn't know spanish....hhhhhhhhhhhhh
