That house is looking nice there...Talk about one wacky NFL season. The refs are sure making things interesting.

its great I love the fireplace and the wood, but that is probably one of the things you dont like, and I am sure you love that yard.  My condo finally got a approval for the loan and it should close on the 9th of Oct.  Good luck, what is it you are really wanting the most in a house?

Looks pretty good to me! I'm not sure of all the details, but I think you should give it a go!

It seems to me a very lovely house, elegant and graceful and comfy. If your pocket allows, go for it, sis sam.

It looks great Sam The only thing I would have against it is the trees being so close some are not invasive but they all grow and can spoil the foundations. Only a thought expert advice needed probably.

Liked the quotes at the beginning.  The woodwork and layout look great and the yard and trees.  In a better life, I might have liked to have been a realtor.  And just 2 miles from where you are now, near family. This one has a lot of good features.

Hey, it looks great! Double garage is always good, the kitchen looks nice, and you even have a nice shed in your spacious backyard for your gradening tools and your BBQ! If the price is right...

Sam

Looks nice. I particularly like the kitchen. I have to have a lot of counter space, looks like it does. Oh we are looking for you and I am putting in my 2cents worth... I love it.

nice looking house and the front area would look great with indigenous

plants as well as those beautiful trees. Looks well kept and a rather nice kitchen. with area to consider and price a big issue I reckon you could be settled here. and it would be yours.

A fine house, Sam! And if it's close to where you already live, that's a bonus. I think I am going to opt for watching the Juniors this year. They have some good teams....will ask my sone where to find them on the tube.
