Re: ChiffChaff

A bit under the weather Wiley and I took a day off. I scratched my legs on some briars and I think they were dirty Arthur says  it is a rash, but I know it isn't.

I just don't know how you can even think of keeping a temptress in a vault CC. How are you my friend? As usual loved your poem with your dry sense of humor.

Re: Re:Kabu

you mean a Chipmunk I expect. They are so tiny and cute and easy to tame. They are easy to teach to eat from your hand. See him on the side of the tub..That is a Chipmunk.

Re: A rabbit for a pet reminds me of the one we had once,

So you remember Pat. A rabbit can scratch if it is frightened, I had a wild one once but I think my Dad let it escape . Kids are not the best ones to look after animals, the novelty soon wears of unless the pet can react to its owner.

I wonder what Bugs Bunny would make of all that?   The farms and looney tunes can all go together in their own way.

I confess the Brit comes out when you tell a story and I sometimes get lost or don’t catch all the innuendos.   That’s not to say I don’t enjoy reading them just the same…..

ChiffChaff

Reflections is priceless, and yes get a rabbit for yourself as a pet. Thank you for your visit to my post. No, I have no jokes for the afterlife, I'm too close to it to want to think about it. Bro, you are the most gifted writer/poet I've ever read anywhere, Poem of sorts is a sort of gem.

A rabbit for a pet reminds me of the one we had once,

kept in a hutch made of screen wire so it could not chew its way out, and foxes could not chew their way in.  I never liked her, soft as she was, because she was so nervous. Your friend is right about the hay, the fresh cut meadow grass is sweetest.
