they all grow in the garden and when picked and eaten fresh they are full
of good nutrients and vitamin C, probably some others as well. Grill some fish, make a salad and finish with a selection of fruit and one is living healthy.

Definitely they are all good. My favorite has to be the pink grapefruit. I just love them. Everytime my Florida son comes to visit he brings big bags of them from his step-mother's trees.

I would only add all are also good sources of Vitamin C too..
Is that the same thing as antioxidants? I'm kind of a dummy about nutrition stuff save for the basics, lol. Plus that picture made me hungry, TAPS - time for lunch. I'm craving a big, crunchy salad bar now..:)
