did you know you that there is a product called l-cysteine (spelling varies but is the same thing)  is put in a lot of bread products?  check your bread labels...i check every time i buy now....drum roll ... are you ready?   it's liquefied duck feathers and/or human hair.   YUCK!    I didn't believe it at first so I checked online and sure enough there were a lot of entries about it....   so does that mean we all will start quacking or waddling like a duck or will it be the cure for baldness and no longer need rogaine...something to ponder

we are what we eat and that's for sure. I am convinced everytime that I

look at the beach ball in my mirror everytime I get brave enough to actually look

I suppose if we did not eat any of those things through the years that "they" tell us not to eat...We would all starve to death.

A little arsenic in regular doses actually might not be a bad thing.

Clears up the acne a treat, they say!

Jimmy...

My bad, I forgot to mention the report claimed brown rice has higher levels of asrenic due to the way it is processed. I too, prefer brown rice but at this point, it's probably too late for me to save myself. So, I will continue to eat beef, melons, pork, chicken, brown rice but I will avoid mine tailings whenever possible.

They are feeding us the info by spoonfuls...so that by the time they start selling us their little packets of dried chemicals to replace all food...we'll accept it without too much fuss.

And that's why brown rice is better! I'm so glad I have absolutely no food allergies whatsoever . . .
