Rejoices
To keep the rhyme
remove the "make"
or replace it with "then".
The "make" makes "every" into "all"
without the plural form of the modified noun.
"Then" is a subsequence suggesting causality
with "every" left as "each".
Makes every soul rejoice. ~ Makes all souls rejoice.
Then every soul rejoices. ~ Then each soul rejoices.

I like this a lot. Try it again in a week or so in the singular Chuck.
