If there is understanding for me out of your writing, it is that it must be cathartic for your psyche to look at this life, accept it as being like all other humans, a mixture of pain and joy with a certain amount of guilt which of course is useless to the good man you made yourself. Reading the introductory makes the poem much more attractive
