It all sounded wonderful . . . up until the addition of the shrimp ( I'm not much of a seafood eater ). The veggies and chicken would be good for me, but since my wife is a vegetarian, she would opt out of the chicken as well. Keep cooking!

Well marrise it all sounds perfectly edible and not too fattening I would assume. This year I have quite a few green peppers but I don't know if they will turn red due to the inclement weather, I can't remember if I have seen green ones in the greengrocer ' or if I should just wait and hope some of them will mature
