Its funny how a little knowledge lightens our paths. I had no idea that you had cancer. You and your wonderful wife are both heroes of mine Bob. I will always look up to that kind of love...Well done.

I read your poem yesterday and could think of nothing to say.  LOL.
I came back to read it again today and was pleased to find the explanatory note.  You certainly did good on the "surreal" part.

Yes Bob, we should always leaver her cleaner than when we found her. Rolling up our roads and putting them away at the end of day.
