Well Pan in this case you have been. Liked the house , but too expensive and bit too near to the road for me, Once I was offered one very similar 5K by a friend not in such a prime position of course. No wonder the grey panthers can relax. Ha, ha, Pan we who have received comments from you share the bounty, not those who you have only looked at. I shall buy packet of Paracetamol to celebrate. I shall be sorry to see you go nethertheless.

I gather you also like Tolkien. Here is a picture just for you. He lived in this house for some 30 years and wrote most of the books in this house.
