Yes, for some reason there are many out there who simply love to "tempt fate." A few might call them daredevils. Others might call them morons! I'll let you decide . . .

happened in Australia where my Son lives, one side of the River is
allowed to flood to save the main part of the Town. The people on that side of the River know the rules but they refuse to move and expect to be recued over and over and write to the papers and make a fuss. Some thing about us humans is ....sort of missing I think.
Oh and then God gets the blame.

i was watching comedy central today and one of the comedians was making fun of stupid people. If you already lost your home 12 times to hurricanes why would you want to build again....insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results!
