George said tell you to call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) they own the Wireless modem and it has a password, which your computer needs to know during the set up process. They will talk you through it and ask questions if they are difficult to understand, keep asking until you are sure you are doing it correctyly. Then when it looks like it will run... Try it before they leave. Let me know.

Good luck with that but I think you need to put the installation CD (if you have it)in and uninstall then reinstall.

try talking to the local high school or college....those kids know so much or ask around the neighborhood....chances are someone knows and can help you alot easier than these guys are....good luck
