Smart move listening to Kabu, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her being here and telling me my indigestion was a heart attack; "Lie down, right now" she said and then we waited for the ambulance 4 years ago. I hate new software, always seem to wind up with trouble.

your poem is very cute and I am relieved so much that you are taking
the advice about a more even pattern of eating.
What you are doing is confusing your metabolism so that when you eat it hangs onto the nutrients and the fats and stores them so that it can carry on the next day when you starve yourself. You are likely to get that tummy fat back with this diet.
