Reminds me of my late father's visits through cardinals. There will always be "messages" to receive and interpret . . . and to share!

I must admit that I have never had such an experience, but I do find such incidents extremely interesting to hear or read.

No surprise to me....not after my nursing years and what you hear and feel

and my Dad visited me once. I knew because of the odour of Old Spice aftershave, which he had always used and there was none in the apartment. When I spoke to him  the smell went instantly.

I have thought about this at times Pat it has happened too many times to be just cast aside. When my Mum died about a week later I was sitting in a chair and it seemed she spoke quite clearly just saying 'Hello,' and I could smell her scent and warmth. Perhaps we want it to happen so much that we make it come true. Or it is a form of a wish from the departed that seeks a receptive mind to become aware of the message. It would be interesting to find out what others think, as my ideas might be too simple. This of course has nothing to do with Faith which is wonderful.

Sometimes they have to tap us on the shoulder more than once before we can believe in the message.A beautiful story, and it doesn't surprise me in the least.
