I don't think it's a desire to confront the negativity as much as it might be a desire to just be completely honest about your emotions. You feel what you feel, and react accordingly. That's what makes us all human. There's no need to put on a "fake smile" if you're actually feeling blue. Emotional freedom is the fuel that drives your instincts . . . without it, you're nothing but a puppet, spending your life trying to please and satisfy everyone around you, trying to act as you believe others want you to act. Not me. I say what I say, I feel what I feel, I express what needs to be expressed . . . and I don't have any ulcers, thank you very much!

It is really healthy to write out one's problems and distress..this place

is generally the ideal forum for venting one's stress because it is a forum where understanding and care are uppermost.

My life has had lots of that dark and deranged in it, no problem after the meds kicked in. Never mind about the type size, now I just click on the wheel and enlarge it to 125% for me old eyes, mentioned it only because I thought you may not know. Have a happy weekend wearing CCT's garland of flowers luv.

Yes O.K Marrise I think I get your drift, I expect, well probably that we evaluate what we read as Gospel, i.e we see small writing and assume that you are shrinking into yourself and feeling sad. I think you can change the size of the print on most word processors, don't ask me how  I just ask my brother after I have messed it up. Anyway I'll throw a garland of flowers around your neck for being brave.
