That's true. Any exercise is better than no exercise, and it doesn't always have to be quantified. Another good exercise for losing weight? Shaking your head back and forth when offered seconds!

I think Wiley threw out those walk meters for similiar reasons

Also one becomes fixated on them and out the door goes enjoyment and relaxation.

I used one for about 2 years when I had a psychologist friend and it became an obsession . So I got rid of that psycho as a friend because he always had some head game or other to play in the heads of folks he was attempting to control. Want a pedometer? I have about 3 different kinds, brand new, in a drawer in the office  I would give away. At 76 now I'll just keep trying to control my weight by osmosis.LOL Good post.
