Nice writing. We could sure use some of that pouring rain to refresh our drought-stricken area.

I think crying has actually been neglected as a source of release. Once when I was depressed I tried to experiment on different types, I was alone and isolated so I had the freedom to do this. I found that normal crying although probably beneficial in a way was not the real answer. It was when I moved down into old forgotten emotions that I was able to rreally sob until I tasted those chemicals undefinable but not alien. Probably from deep in childhood and they were like a drug soothing and recognisable as such. I wish I had learned that trait many years ago.
