they want to get a apartment away from 55+ that is this park and my son is going to move in or I will sell it

So what happens to their place if they leave? don't they like the little

home you so generously are buying them? I stayed with an aquaintance once in one of those so called mobile homes and they are grand, especially for yourself. Small but not too small and cute.

I dont think for me it would help because what I am paying for the two places plus utilities is still lower than I paid in CA for one place. Its just I spend too much myself thinking I will have the money but when they dont come through for me that is when I get messed up

You have so much love for your children. I am guessing your parents had more money or some good management habits that allowed them not to put themselves into hard spots to help you. You need perhaps to see a financial manager of some sort. Maybe you could go to some free classes, they are often offered and see if there is a way to help them that will enable them to stand on their feet more quickly. I hate to see you struggle at your age while these children much younger than you take and take.

I think it's great to help kids out but never to the point where one suffers! I think it's a good idea for your daughter to look into a college degree, it will help stabilize her life and she can make some good money along the way, too! sam
