I'm just taking Omega-3 Fish Oil pills; I'm not sure if they have side effects - I don't even know if they have any effects...

I doubt it. Even breathing has side effects, with all the air pollutants, etc. But it would be so boring to live on oatmeal. :)

It's such a shame how often I read or hear of a product that's supposed to cure or help with one thing, but causes other things to happen in its wake. Is there anything out there that doesn't have a side-affect?

Eat some cabbage Pat, hey did you see there is a pill coming in about three years, that will be beneficial to most over the age of well over our age. I do knock a few collegene tabs back as I think they keep my skin baby bum like, well Arthur says they are no good but I used to knock my hands and they bled and now I can whack them with a hammer and only holler. Cauliflower and especially broccoli good stuff with dairy butter yummy.
