She sounds like a bright and beautiful lady, with a character we all could aspire to.

We all need an Aunt Raya in our lives. Sometimes people's actions send more of a meaningful message than their words. Personally, I would have completely understood if she had vented a little about her missing offspring. But as you've said, she was above that, and obviously the better person for having been so.
