Re: Ray
I don't think I have many admirers Ray least of all Arthur who thinks I tried to assassinate him when he was a small boy, but that is another story.

Re:
Shobana I don't profess to be a poet I only go by my limited experience of very gentle females that had chaperons and lived in ivory towers unfortunately their hair was only twelve feet long except for those who had warts and had been rejected by other knights.
Yes I had better repeat that Arthur is a younger sibling for those who may not know my history. How long is your hair.?

Lovely deep pink, CCT!
Well, Arthur sounds like a dear friend..:) Poetic men usually have many admirers; here and everywhere, I think. Your poem is heartfelt and entertaining..

Well Arthur is probably worried about the many diseases that spread through bacteria CC and I hope you are ok and not unwell - this post seem to suggest that you are. I think men who are poets are extraordinarily romantic - so it is definitely not true that you shouldn't tell a women that a man is a poet. Loved your poem especially where the wood stands as testimony that trees existed once - many implications there CC.

Well you are talking of Australian women of course, we use the non stick pans and I am not allowed to use them only with extreme care. I like stainless steel, but then I am stainless.
take those pills.

I'm not scared! LOL! And, it's good you are a bit better and that you got an offer you could accept! It made me wonder if there was an item out there that I hadn't indulged in for many years and whether it would entice me enough to pay for it! Ah well, if I come across one you will be the first to know~ Since it was 104F today in my desert oasis I suppose we hogged it and you have been left with drear! I hope we have shared though! sam

I concur with Pat! And you can tell Arthur pans should not be washed with detergents - when you do that to cast cast iron pans you ruin the 'curing', stainless steel ones don't need it, and other kinds you shouldn't use anyway...

Set those verses to music, and the ladies will love you for a
songwriter. Neither Bob Dylan nor Herman's Hermits nor any of the Beatles ever had to yearn for female companionship once their words had some accompaniment. Here's to the bard with flowers and mead, and a step or two for the dance. Here's to the girl with a smile warm and sweet, and a head to be turned for romance. :)
