Snails are fine for me. But not slugs... I cant stand slugs! Ughh...

LOL, what fun reading this. I saw a snail in my leafy pot a couple of days ago and just cringed Lion - Gosh, I watered the plant nonetheless and gave it a miss and am hoping it will slither away somewhere else.

Indeed, they will not be missed! I have used straw on my garden for the past two years and it seems to have cut down on the undesirable creature, too! sam

Ah! We slug contenders have to have a sense of humour, Do you know Lion Arthur bought a cabbage grown overseas and it had a slug in it. He asked me what he should do with it and I said 'Toss it outside, one more will not make any difference.
