I definitely like the idea of taking vitamins and eating certain foods instead of taking pills. Even when I get a cold, I usually just dose up with chicken noodle n OJ n it goes away after a few days. Thanks for posting, I always like to learn what vitamin does what for our body.

I wish both you and Sam could get rid of the migraines and problems that

I used to suffer from severe migraines at one time, and although I believe my diet is a good and balanced one, my headaches were due to the simple stress caused by my last job( although it really wasn't that simple ). Once I changed jobs, the headaches went away! I hope yours improve as well.
