Pat
Is there some kind of epicemic going around? Another friend of mine very recently told me that she has do get off gluten, and another one has been off it for about a year now. I've been spared, so far...But I hope this will help you get through the next little while, as will the Bushmill's, I'm sure...

Yes lay off of gluten Pat I find olives very soothing perhaps it is the oil and don't eat too much at lunchtime I save the meat for later or meat sub. One has to learn as one grows older.

Condolences for your loss luv, and that was a nice get-together you had before he left. Thanks for talking of pats of butter on bread because now I just have to make a couple of fresh loaves.

Yep - I think it's the older thing too. The hugfest will be good, and the peace and quiet after will also be good. So true how the sad and the joy get all mixed up together at times like these. Enjoy that baby!!

Poor love, you have been having a tough time and no one to help you.
We often go to bed at 2.am or even later and then I have to sleep until about 10. Do our house work at night. I always do a load of wash at night if there is one ready. It must be an older thing.
