yes it was like that when I was there and my daughter tried to tell him to get it out and he ignored all request until now we told him we are changing the lock on Fri

What a mess! And I think Wiley is right as well. If they more or less abandoned their property, it's pretty much yours to do with as you please! Good luck!

one has been gone for a while now the other one I dont know there hasnt been any electricity for almost 2 weeks. Good thing they didnt need to cook or whatever else

Oh dear, sounds nearly like you need to take a trip back and sort it all.
Those lazy young men need to have their stuff just taken to the tip or given to a dealer or some such. You can't just leave your stuff lying around a city moving on and on.
