Wow that omlet sounded so very good. My husband and I love Mangos. I bet the Mango sauce is awesome.

I always tell other people that food is the language to our body. So, when you eat, enjoy the taste, and most important offer gratitude to the person who prepares and cooks. I cook for my family and I learn more on how much it means to me when my family could enjoy the food I cook.

Jimmy,

I have an interesting sidenote for you in regard to vegetarian food and taro.  On a Hawaii visit I stopped at a roadside deli and ordered a taro burger, thinking it was a hamburger with taro leaves wrapped around it.  I discovered that the taro was the burger patty.  That was the best vegetarian burger I ever had, and, curiously, I shared part of it with a stray cat that was hanging around.

Well, I must readily admit that I guess my tastes have changed over the years, especially after marrying a vegetarian ten years ago! All of the dishes you mentioned sound wonderful, but I don't think I'd be able to eat any of it!
